Rep. Henry Cuellar, an incumbent member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’s 28th district since 2005, has recently engaged in several events illustrating both his community involvement and legislative focus. Cuellar, who has served in Congress since succeeding Ciro Rodriguez, originally hails from Laredo, Texas, and holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin.
