On April 5, 2026, Cuellar posted about participating in a local charity event: “Yesterday, I had the pleasure of participating in Mike’s Bail Bonds Easter basket giveaway. He won re-election in 2024 against Jay Furman with 52.8% of the vote; previous victories include defeating Cassy Garcia in 2022 (56.65%), Sandra Whitten in 2020 (58.3%), Arthur Thomas in 2018 (84.4%), Zeffen Hardin in 2016 (66.2%), and Will Alkens in 2014 (82.1%).
