On April 27, Representative Cuellar expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome he received during his visit to the 60th Annual Rattlesnake Roundup in Freer. He highlighted the event as a proud celebration of South Texas pride, tradition, and hospitality, looking forward to the continuation of this vibrant tradition.

Continuing his engagements within the community, Cuellar participated in the 4th Annual San Isidro Cook-Off on the same date. Cuellar, born in Laredo, Texas, in 1955, has served Texas’ 28th district since replacing Ciro Rodriguez in 2005. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
