Henry Cuellar has served in Congress since replacing Ciro Rodriguez in 2005 and previously served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1987 to 2001. Born in Laredo in 1955 and currently residing there at age 67, he holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin.
