On May 15, Cuellar expressed enthusiasm about a meeting with leaders from the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) to discuss research in hypersonics and space robotics. Henry Cuellar has served in Congress since 2005 after replacing Ciro Rodriguez. Born in Laredo in 1955, he has an extensive educational background including degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin.
