In recent years he secured victories over Jay Furman in 2024 (52.8% to 47.2%), Cassy Garcia in 2022 (56.65% to 43.35%), Sandra Whitten in 2020 (58.3% to 39%), Arthur Thomas in 2018 (84.4% to 15.6%), Zeffen Hardin in 2016 (66.2% to 31.3%), and Will Alkens in 2014 (82.1% to 13.3%).
