Triumph Public High Schools-Laredo issued the following announcement on Feb 26.
We want to make sure you have accurate information regarding how TPHS is handling concerns about the coronavirus and recent media coverage surrounding the respiratory illness. I want to assure you that TPHS is keeping track of the situation through proven and trustworthy sources: the Texas Department of State Health Service and the Centers for disease Control and Prevention. We are following guidance received from the DSHS and the CDC regarding appropriate screening and infection control.
