Laredo Police Department issued the following announcement on July 27.
The Laredo Police Department is asking for the community's help in identifying the pictured individuals in relation to unauthorized purchases on a debit/credit card.
If you have any information regarding the identity of the pictured subjects, their location or the location of the pictured vehicle, please call the Laredo Police Department at (956) 795-2800. You may also submit an anonymous tip via the Laredo Police Department App under "subject ID" or by calling Laredo Crime Stoppers at (956) 727-TIPS.
