The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Roberto Enrique Cuellar, Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign, refunded $2,300 to Keith Myers on Sept. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign has refunded $7,900 total since April 1.
