The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Roberto Enrique Cuellar, Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign, refunded $500 to Stephen M. Speakes on March 14, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign has refunded $6,100 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
