Rep. Henry Cuellar, a long-serving member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas' 28th district, shared several updates via his social media platform in December 2024. His posts ranged from commemorative reflections to meetings with local and federal representatives.

On December 7, Rep. Cuellar acknowledged Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day by honoring those who lost their lives during the attack on December 7, 1941. He stated, "Today is Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day—a time to honor the bravery and sacrifice of the 2,403 service members and civilians who lost their lives during the attack on December 7, 1941."

A few days later, on December 10, he met with leaders from Pleasanton to discuss federal assistance for local issues such as infrastructure and public safety. He noted in his post that "Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with leaders from the City of Pleasanton. We discussed ways in which the federal government can help the city with issues related to infrastructure, development, and public safety."

Later that same day, Rep. Cuellar expressed gratitude toward representatives from the U.S. Space Force who visited his office bearing cookies to celebrate their fifth anniversary. He wrote "Special thanks to representatives from the U.S. Space Force for dropping by my office today with these well-crafted cookies to celebrate their 5th birthday! They were very delicious."
