Rep. Henry Cuellar, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Texas' 28th district since 2005, recently shared several updates on social media regarding notable achievements and events. On February 5, 2025, Rep. Cuellar extended his congratulations to F.J. Scott Elementary School for receiving the prestigious "2024 National Blue-Ribbon Award". This recognition is given to schools based on their overall academic excellence or progress in closing achievement gaps.
