On March 7, 2025, Rep. Cuellar announced that he had secured federal funding amounting to $784,194 for the organization "100 Black Men of San Antonio, Inc." Later that day, Cuellar attended Elias Herrera Middle School’s Annual Career Day where he interacted with students about public service roles.
