City of Laredo issued the following announcement on Oct. 21.
The Tax Department located at City Hall, 1st Floor, 1110 Houston Street, will re-open their office for payment processing starting on Monday, October 26, 2020. Upon re-opening, we will have the following guidelines:
Customers will come in through the North entrance (Victoria Street) of the City Hall building.
Only three teller stations located in the 1st Floor of the building will be available to attend customers.
Everyone must adhere to a temperature check and wearing a face mask.
Everyone must practice social distancing at all times in the building.
The Drive-Thru Service remains open at City Hall Annex, located at 1102 Bob Bullock Loop.
Regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Additionally, other payment options available to our customers include:
Online payments via the City’s website at www.cityoflaredo.com. Credit/Debit Card payments for Property Tax and Utility Accounts.
Automated phone payments by credit card call 956-721-2032. Only for Utility Accounts.
Payment Night Drop at City Hall Annex, 1102 Bob Bullock Loop and at City Hall, 1110 Houston Street. (Checks or Money Orders only)
Mail Payments to City of Laredo, P. O. Box 6548, Laredo, Texas 78042. (Checks or Money Orders only)
