City of El Cenizo issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
Now pizza is found and eaten everywhere, but wait, how often do we overlook this delicious and healthy meal and think about where and when it first came? The Greeks and Phoenicians placed it on a hot stone and tasted it with blossoms. The Greeks called this Plancontos and it is likely more concentrated compared to the usual modern pizza.
Some believe that the term"pizza" was based on the Latin trap, meaning"flatbread". Archaeologists have also stated that a Bronze Age version of the dish is preserved in the area of Veneto. Margherita pizza is one of the popular varieties of pizza that originated from Naples. Margherita is prepared with tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and fresh basil and now served in almost every pizza restaurant.
Mozzarella cheese is always the main ingredient for all kinds of pizza. The richness of the cheese produced from buffalo milk. It is generally higher in protein and minerals than cows milk.
The remaining important ingredient of modern pizza is berries. It had been brought to America from Europe in the 16th century and was initially considered poisonous!
Whatever the origins of the seasonal flatbreads which constitute the pizza foundation – and have been found in Persia, Palestine, and further Asia, as well as Greece and Phenicia (and seemingly Italy) – which modern margarita is not in doubt. Baker Rafael Esposito worked in a pizzeria that was set in 1880 and still operates under the title"Pizzeria Brandy".
In 1889 he also baked a pizza, which developed three colors of the Italian flag – ginger (green), mozzarella cheese (white), and tomato (red), to visit King Ubero I along with Queen Margherita. The queen appreciated the pizza so much that it was named in her honor.
