City Of Laredo issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
The City of Laredo has expanded the COVID-19 Utilities Relief Program to help our residential customers, such as utility account holders and head of households, experiencing financial hardships from COVID-19 pandemic related issues such as:
• Loss of Work or Income - unemployed / reduction of hours / furloughed
• Medical Hardships – COVID-19 test positive or exposed and unable to work / in a high risk group and unable to provide financial support for household.
