On February 19, Cuellar attended the NJROTC Annual Military Inspection at Lyndon B. Johnson High School. He expressed admiration for the cadets, noting the importance of the evaluation in maintaining high standards for NJROTC units by assessing cadets' knowledge. "This morning, I attended the NJROTC Annual Military Inspection (AMI) at Lyndon B. Johnson High School and had the pleasure of meeting all the impressive cadets."

The following day, on February 20, Cuellar visited the Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center to observe their efforts in patient recovery. He highlighted their focus on enhancing mobility, balance, and independence for patients recovering from illness or injury. "Today, I visited the Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center and had the opportunity to see the incredible work they do to support patients on their road to recovery."

Later that day, Cuellar hosted his weekly press conference titled "Conversation with Cuellar," where he discussed updates on the Farm Bill alongside Texas Farm Bureau President Russell Boening and Regan Beck, Director of Government Affairs.
