City of Laredo issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
COVID-19 Update October 31 - As of 12:00 p.m. – 73,490 people have been tested; 15,455 are positive (451 active); 14,648 have recovered (estimated); and 356 have passed. 77 are currently hospitalized, 28 of which are in the ICU.
