Laredo Police Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 17.
Today, the Laredo Police Department is kicking off the Click It or Ticket Campaign. Extra officers will be out enforcing seatbelt laws to include child passenger safety seats. Make sure everyone in your vehicle is buckled up.
