Laredo Police Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
You're invited to join our Laredo Police Officers along with Blue Santa to Coffee With A Cop drive through event (weather permitting) Saturday, Dec. 5th from 8-10am. We will be accepting unwrapped toy donations. Ice cream cone gift cards will be provided with every donation. Please wear a face mask if you plan to attend.
